What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects in the frame under normal and intended use.

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear
  
• Damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  
• Parts like wheels, tyres, brakes, bearings, upholstery, and accessories

Warranty Claim

• Valid proof of purchase is required. Repair or replacement will be provided at the company’s discretion.

Returns & Refunds

This Wheelchair is non-returnable and non-refundable. However, exchanges are available only for manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of purchase. Upon verification, we will arrange an exchange as per our policy.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for reasons other than defects.
