Return & Replacement Policy

• Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Applicable only for damaged, defective products or size-related issues.
• Resolutions may include exchange, replacement, or refund, at the company’s discretion.
• Only the same product can be replaced. Product A - to - product B replacement is not allowed.
• Pick-up or replacement cannot be scheduled from a different address.

Product-Specific Policy

• Return/replacement terms may vary by product.
• The policy mentioned on the product page shall prevail over the general policy.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

• Certain products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons.
• No returns or refunds are accepted once delivered, except in the cases below.

Exceptions (Report within 48 hours at ecom@bombaysurgical.com)

• Wrong Product Delivered – Unboxing video mandatory
• Lost/Tampered Package – Unboxing video mandatory
• Damaged or Defective Product – Unboxing video mandatory

Note:

• Only replacement of the same product will be provided, subject to stock availability.
• No replacement will be processed without a valid unboxing video.

Refund Policy

• This is a non-returnable product.
• Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Refunds are applicable only for eligible return cases as per the product’s return policy.
• Only size exchange is allowed, subject to availability.
• Exchange is also permitted if a wrong product is delivered.
• No refunds will be provided unless approved at the sole discretion of the company.
• If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original mode of payment.
• Refund processing time: 7–10 working days from approval.
