This Foot/Skin Traction Kit is designed to provide safe and effective below-knee traction after fractures, injuries, or post-surgical care. At the foot end, the strip securely holds its centre extremity to the spreader, ensuring stable traction. The long elasticated restraint bandage wraps around the limb to provide firm fixation from all sides.

Using the kit is simple: wrap the traction strip from knee to foot, leave a loop at the foot end, insert the spreader, and wrap the bandage. Then tie the cord to the spreader, pass it through the pulley, and hang a traction weight—ensuring the weight does not exceed 3 kg.
